  3. Assess and Analyze the Breach – The impact on individuals will be evaluated, including potential harm such as identity theft or reputational damage.
  4. Notify Affected Individuals – If necessary, affected individuals will be notified directly or indirectly, depending on the circumstances. The notification will include details of the breach, its impact, and recommended steps for protection.
  5. Prevention and Policy Improvement – Fortis will review policies and security measures to prevent future breaches, ensuring continuous improvement in privacy protection.
